Back Injury Prevention
Length: 1 -2 Hours
To give individuals in the
workplace the knowledge necessary to identify and reduce the risk of back
injury. Learn about the anatomy of the back and
the causes of back pain. Identify and reduce risk factors for back
injury. Learn how to perform simple exercises for stretching and
strengthening neck and back muscles to help prevent back injury. Change
personal habits to avoid back injury.

Bloodborne Pathogens
Length: 2 Hours
To train and provide
individuals with an understanding of the intent of the OSHA Bloodborne
Pathogens standard. How Bloodborne Pathogens are spread; how to help
prevent exposure incidents by following work practice controls, using
engineering controls and personal protective equipment, practicing good
personal hygiene and properly cleaning and disinfecting equipment and
supplies; and how to recognize, report and follow up on employee exposures
to infectious materials.

risks for Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Learn what ergonomics is.
Find out what musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are. Identify and reduce
the risks for MSDs at work and at home. Learn how to perform exercises to
help reduce the risk of an MSD.

violence.
