Bloodborne Pathogens

individuals with an understanding of the intent of the OSHA Bloodborne
Pathogens standard. How Bloodborne Pathogens are spread; how to help
prevent exposure incidents by following work practice controls, using
engineering controls and personal protective equipment, practicing good
personal hygiene and properly cleaning and disinfecting equipment and
supplies; and how to recognize, report and follow up on employee exposures

of an emergency, so it is critical to have the skills and confidence
necessary to save a life. Training combines discussions and video with
hands-on skills training to promote effective learning and keep
